We are proud to partner with VRBO, AirBnB, Tripadvisor, and other OTAs. They provide a great service and they take their fair (and sizeable) commission! But by booking direct, you benefit from:

Discount of up to 10% or more on OTA rates (depending on the particular platform you use);

WEEKLY RATES

Our OTA rates use VRBO as an example (8 adults sharing), are correct at time of writing, and include all fees and taxes. They charge us 8-13% and you 11-14%. Others (e.g. Expedia) charge even more;
Basically, we are 'splitting the difference' with you, our guest! As you can see, you can save hundreds of euros on what you would pay to an OTA.
Note we have a 7 night minimum stay in Peak season (with a standard Saturday changeover day). At all other times, it's a 3 night minimum stay with no fixed changeover day.
