(MASTER) BEDROOM 1
This newly created master bedroom is on the upper floor. It benefits from modern air conditioning, a large walk-in closet, a sizeable en-suite bathroom (with both bath and shower), the best views of the house, and an inter-connecting door to the multi-use room (see below).
This is perfect for a couple with a small baby or toddler (who can use the adjacent room as a nursery), or for a working mum/dad (who can use the other room as an office). Alternatively, close the doors and shutters to make the bedroom fully private and separate from the room next door.
The room itself is the largest bedroom in the house, with a super-king bed, high thread-count bedding, a writing / vanity desk, a Sonos speaker, and a Smart TV for that movie in bed.
MULTI-USE ROOM
As mentioned above, this room can be put into multiple different configurations; to suit your needs. It can be:

A nursery for a little one (who needs to stay close),

A work-from-home office,

A games room for your teenage kids, or

A sixth bedroom (using the king-sized sofa bed).
This room also benefits from modern air conditioning and has a fabulous view out over the mountains and valley.
Note that both entrances can be fully closed up (for complete privacy from the hallway and adjacent bedroom), and there is an external awning which can be wound-out to fully shade the window. There is a Sonos speaker and a Wifi-Repeater.
BEDROOM 2
On the lower floor, arguably the best appointed bedroom in the house; opening - as it does - directly onto the infinity pool and the view beyond. This can be fantastic for a morning or midnight swim! The perfect way to set up your day or get cool before sleep.
This bedroom has a large ensuite shower room and includes an oscillating tower fan for the warmer - and heater for the cooler - nights. It also has a super-king bed and high thread-count cotton sheets.
As with the other rooms, there are both doors and shutters, so you can have complete privacy and/or shade if you want it.
BEDROOM 3
Also on the lower floor, this lovely bedroom is naturally cool in the summer and warm out-of-season. The window opens onto the side path; again with shutters, so you can vary the breeze and light you let into the room.
This room also benefits from an en-suite shower room and has a double bed.
BEDROOM 4
On the upper floor, this bedroom also has high powered, remote-controlled air-conditioning and a pleasant side aspect.
It has a large (king sized) bed, angled reading lights, and a good-sized built-in wardrobe.
It shares a family shower room with Bedroom 5.
BEDROOM 5
Soon to be refurbished (in time for the 2024 spring/summer season), this is the smallest bedroom and would suit the kids.
It has a double bed and will benefit from a super-silent ceiling fan. Again, the window has shutters so you can vary the breeze and light you let into the room.
It is on the upper floor, and shares a large family shower room with Bedroom 4.
